YEAR CHART DATA - May 7, 2011 |
YEAR CHART DATA – Posted by EQF on May 7, 2011 As it turns out, one minor dimension change had to be made to one of Roger’s computer programs plus a few more changes to my own forecasting program, and, the Year Chart generation part of the program is now fully operational. Here is the first chart. Because of its size and the Freewebz.com Web site speed and your own download speed you might have to tell your browser to go back to the previous Web page and then return to this Web page. It should eventually display. This particular chart is intended to provide information regarding mainly the 9 magnitude March 11, 2011 earthquake in Japan and some other high magnitude earthquakes. The important observance is the fact that both before and after the times when these earthquakes occurred there were usually significant shifts in the longitudes of the line peak locations. I believe that this indicates that strain or stress is collecting in the earthquake fault zone before the earthquake and then being transferred to other fault zones after it occurs. The line peak longitude does not necessarily have to match the actual earthquake longitude though at times it does. And, there are quite a few special conditions. For example, my forecasting program generally regards longitudes that are 90, 180, and 270 degrees apart as being about the same. So, an earthquake that was going to occur at 90W might cause line peaks to appear at 90E. Also, the program presently prefers to match EM Signals with longitudes where the most earthquakes occurred in its database file. And one of those locations is around 65W as can be seen from the bottom time window line on the chart. That line shows how many earthquakes there are in the database file that occurred at a given longitude. I won’t try to go into detail about this in this report. But it looks likely to me from observing the line peak groups around 142E and elsewhere that the approaching March 11, 2011 Japan earthquake might have been causing EM Signals to be generated as much as several years before it occurred. They would appear and then disappear from time to time. One of the reasons for that is likely that some other approaching powerful earthquake would start to generate strong EM Signals. And those signals would overpower the ones associated with the Japan earthquake for a while. As I said in other reports, I believe that the times of many of the line peak transitions on this chart are in excellent agreement with rock layer stress or strain data being collected by groups in Europe and Asia. Finally, it is my opinion that these are probably some of the most extraordinary and important earthquake forecasting and research data ever generated. EM Signals being detected primarily in the U.S. are pointing to earthquakes occurring around the world as if the signals were X-Rays of a sort that could see deep into the crust of the Earth.
