Hi Roger,

To have even any hope at all of understanding the geophysical processes associated with those Year Chart data a person would probably need to have an advanced degree in one of the physical sciences. A Ph.D. in Physics would likely be best. The researcher should also have to have a good background in geology, atmospheric physics, electronics, computer programming, and statistics, and experience as a professional analyst.

No one that I presently know of including myself knows how those EM Signals are being generated and circulated around the world. It is not even known exactly what type of signal they are though I believe that they might be classified as fluctuations in the Earth’s geomagnetic energy field. I have discussed them with experts on this. And they are apparently undetectable with radio wave type receivers tuned to any frequency. Present theories propose that they are strongly affected by solar storm activity. At my Web site there is a description of an instrument developed in China that can apparently be used to detect at least some of them.

And, the geophysical process associated with the signals are also not presently understood. The best anyone can say is that they appear to be linked in some way with some powerful earthquakes, perhaps some volcanic eruptions, and perhaps even some hurricane activity.

As the computer programs being used to generate these data get more powerful and sophisticated it should become easier to determine exactly what these signals and the Year Chart data represent.

From what I can tell, they could very well represent the first easily observable proof ever generated that earthquakes CAN be predicted.
