I can't even do any testing because the situation is so vague. Basically he says when you see a peak which persists over several lines it may indicate a quake will happen there sometime in the near future. That's not something I can deal with. Quakes happen where quakes have happened before. If a peak shows up sooner or later a quake will happen too but that doesn't prove anything about a relationship. Quakes happen with no peaks in evidence too and peaks happen without quakes also. Very frustrating.
