OK. I need to be more clear.

EM = electromagnetic. That could be radio waves, microwaves, millimeter waves infrared, visible, UV, x-ray, gamma, etc...

What frequencies are we talking about?
What type of equipment is being used to collect them?

Or is this just another case of someone misappropriating technical terminology to make themselves sound smart?
