What I am working on is simply a sophisticated bulletin board. It will have numerous options for the types of data researchers could submit to the board, how they could do that, and how it would display or circulate their data. The software in the bulletin board program would actually be doing the moderation. For example,

When a research posted a note he or she could specify that:

--- Anyone could post a response to his or her note.

--- Only people who had his or her prior approval could post a response.

--- No one could post a response.

--- Responses would automatically be sent to him or her for posting approval.

--- Responses would automatically be sent to some group of board managers for posting approval.

There are times when a researcher might want to post a note with some important information and not have to answer any questions about it. So he or she could use the option that no responses could be posted.

A Web site was established for that bulletin board earlier this year. And one of the important features of the bulletin board was developed several weeks ago.
