EQF, I was specifically pointing out problems with allowing people to post where there could be no replies. I suppose someone could always post a reply separately. But, regardless, I like the low-stress earthwaves (thanks Canie!), and this is the only place I post, and the only site like this that I visit.

The only problem with Earthwaves for me is relatively few people post, and there are long stretches with few posts. But, that may be better for me than sites with so many posts you either can't keep up, or you spend too much time (plus low ratio of posts of interest to me to overall posts).
