A single strong EM Signal was detected at:

2010/07/31 09:55:00 UTC

A number of E-mail earthquake advisories have already been circulated. The signal might be pointing to an aftershock for an earthquake that occurred earlier this year. At the moment it would be best not to say any more than that regarding possible locations.
