Got tired of studying today and invested a little time into the EPR project. I have put together a "Predictor Registration" page for predictors to create an account with the EPR. This form is based on all the wonderfull input I've received from everybody, so thanks again for your opinions. I got to thinking about how much I dislike not being able to look at Lowell's Predictor's track record, and think I have come up with a solution for the EPR. Lowell keeps all predictions private unless the predictor requests that their folder be made public. I've twisted that a little bit, and thought rather than keeping the prediction private, why not keep the predictor private. That way, the public can mull over the track record of any predictor, but the predictor can also remain anonymous if they wish to do so. I can accomplish this by assigning a predictor number to each predictor.

I've also included a set of terms and conditions in the form, which hopefully will embody what we have discussed and debated on this board.

The submission is not yet attached to a CGI process, so you cannot actually file anything at this point. Once I receive your comments, and the form no longer needs any further field changes, I will go ahead and attach it to a CGI routine later this evening or this weekend.
