Possible Parameters

2. Time filed yyyymmddhhmmss UTC
3. Window Open yyyymmddhhmmss UTC
4. Window Close yyyymmddhhmmss UTC
5. Mag Low xx.x
6. Mag High xx.x
7. Mag scale, Mb, Ml etc ...
8. Prediction type, a.circle, b.line/line segments, c.polygon
9. Range for non-polygon predictions
10. Coordinate Set, 1 to N coordinate pairs
11. Predictor comments

I could maybe find a database somewhere to correlate the coordinate pairs with a best guess geographical place name. It would be fun to try to make that work.
