Roger,
We have kept the program going by folding it into the general seismicity watch program -
and by maintaining a very low profile. It is not specifically funded, but is maintained
through the funded seismicity program at the center (under miscellaneous activities).
Since it doesn't take much time or effort to maintain a database of this type, it's
kind of a "don't ask, don't tell" situation. We consider it a service to the general
community, and in the unlikely case someone is better than chance in their
ability to predict earthquakes, somebody ought to be there to hear them.
