Very interested in the rules that you have set up for disclosure. The thought of creating a public problem hadn't occured to me. Also many other issues have been raised.

My general idea with the EPR was to create a database that would allow predictors to have a credible place to make predictions, and with the predictors permission, make that information public. The problem I see on the boards I have visited is that there are hints that some predictors may be on to something, yet nobody can point to a data set to prove or disprove that possibility. That is the public service I would like offer. The privacy issue I will clearly have to spend some time thinking about.
