That's pretty shallow. What do you (or anyone else for that matter) make of the rather uneventful aftershock sequence to the Bolinas quake? I'm trying to ascertain if there's a correllation to low aftershock activity (after a quake) and it being a foreshock to something much larger. There were two good foreshocks to Loma Prieta, and I don't recall them having a lot of individual aftershocks. Does anyone know if any studies along these lines have been done?
