It is trash because it:

1) does not make use of tolerance levels

2) does not inform people on whether or not a predictor is somewhere in the ball park so that people can make a decision as to whether or not they might want to do something about it (people, including myself, aren't going to look thru a bunch of messages to find comments about past predictions)

3) tries to make a prediction methodology look like it doesn't work
