Adak is an interesting location. Because there is an Air Force base there....many felt that the numerous quakes in the area were due to HAARP, which is military...BUT NAVY and of course private colleges...but looking at the catalogues suggests what University of Alaska concurs.... USGS etal put more instruments in the area to monitor the whole chain of islands...but that was put in before HAARP was even an idea....ADAK is prone to mucho quakes as are the whole chain of islands. It certainly is not a locked area.....

Question...What makes you think ADAK is going to have a quake now? What are you looking at Martin?
