Gee thanks Roger...we are moving to Missouri this summer. We had to drop the price we are selling our house 7% or so...was getting no interest...we'll see if that helps. Real estate in suburbia is inflated but has already cooled way down, in that there are a LOT of houses for sale. It is only about 1/2 as inflated as parts of California, though...
Hmm...global warming discussion...I'll have to join in later...Marc has it right about California ocean effect and central valley...but if something makes the California current become weaker, then it could be a rather different coastal climate...
