I understand the issue in the general sense. But how does this compare to others making predictions that fall within California's borders? I'm not a licensed geologist, nor Petra, nor Stan Deyo, nor many others ad nauseum. Some (not all) are even profiting from it. Heck, what about Berkland. He *was* a geologist. Is he still a currently licensed geologist in good standing? If his license is expired, then he's definately breaking the law since he definately profits from his work. Why just pick on GeoForcaster? I know you don't know the answer, John. But seeing that Lowell is smack in the middle of it all, I had hoped that he could at least point me in the right direction.
