Boron 3.7

3.7 2006/03/03 05:44:04 35.119N 117.555W 0.1 15 km ( 9 mi) NE of Boron, CA

Couple of questions .... This eq (the forshock to my 6+ prediction?) is about 9 miles give or take a mile from the Boron open pit mine. It is listed as .1km deep.

1. How likely is it that a quake this size can be mis-located by 9 miles?
2. Is it possible for a eq to occur basically at the surface?
