Are you hearing the sound with your right ear, left ear, or both ears? How long does it last? Is it constant? What does it sound like? Electricity, something earthy and deep, can you define that?

I heard a tone for off-shore San Diego earlier today. It won't be that big, in the 3 range, I'm almost positive, not a 4.0. Besides it's gonna be in the water, so it won't have any affect on anyone.
