Hello Roger,

Fraud, cheating, same connotation. What I am hearing here is that all predictions are scientifically valid, and if that is the case, then there can be no fraud at all. Even if somebody takes money for a prediction, if it is scientifically valid for somebody to use whatever parameter, then how can it be fraud or a cheat? Has seismology set validity for prediction parameters? No.
This is like the AMA with no rules for doctors practicing medicine. All kinds of snake oil around.

I would like to hear from Roger, please. Also I would like to wish you and your family a wonderful Thanksgiving Holiday, Roger.
