Off topic....we had our first freeze..maybe -2 deg C. But, the mulberry tree here and the others a couple hundred m away have not lost their leaves...just a few..and it is almost noon. My post from last year (linked below) said that they dropped their leaves on the second freeze. It will be interesting if the multiple trees drop their leaves this year without another freeze...
The leaves are ejected from the trees in a period of just a couple hours...all the leaves...even though still green, and even with no wind.
