Re: Mulberry tree...year 2 |
Chris, That's interesting. I have some type of tree in my backyard which loses its leaves starting in August each year and now there are none left. But the Sycamore tree in my neighbors yard which partially covers my house loses leaves all year round. It makes a wonderful umbrella during the summer months, but keeping ahead of the constant falling leaves around the yard is irritating. I heard that some trees in Alaska, bloom and bring forth leaves in one single day in the spring. It's because the warm season is so short, the trees adapt to it. And what is happening with your favorite tree, which you shared a photo of last year? Are the leaves beautifully red now? The trees in this area which produce colored leaves before they fall are full of bright red, orange and yellow leaves.
