The prediction in Shan's Oct 18 post is different from the prediction on his website on that date. I did not see any explanation for that.

The Japanese location in Shan's post was
NEAR W. CST EASTERN HONSHU (37.2N 138.6E)
but on the website it is
KYUSHU, JAPAN (33.6N 130.3E)

And anyway I take it that this location would be only one of several worldwide locations given, in the prediction.
