Roger,

My predicted location was:

NEAR W. CST EASTERN HONSHU (37.2N 138.6E)

and the result published in USGS was

6.4 2005/10/19 11:44:44 36.397 140.851 37.2 NEAR THE EAST COAST OF HONSHU, JAPAN

Chris claimed that the location is about 1000 KM away from my predicted location.
As per my calculation it is around 265 KMs only. What is your calculation.
