Hi Gents,

I want to know if any of you are aware of any individual who has predicted 7 or more earthquakes a year using a "site specific" location method? If so, who is the individual? Is this person a scientist? And what is that individuals track record?

Remember, this excludes Jim Berkland. He uses a radius, not a place.
