Hi Petra,

I know about Mogi's, dipping faults, and hypocenters outside the Mogi ring. BUT about a week before my Mt. Diablo forcast, I saw another Mogi Donut, and within three days, there was a little square in the center. Tells me that was not a dipping fault, so I thought I'd try my luck with the next Mogi I saw.

I suppose it helps to know the fault where you spot a Mogi and whether or not it dips, and in which direction and how steeply. I was only trying to have a little fun with a prediction.
