I am the same person who wrote you last week or so about some other matters. Thanks for your response. I am very much aware of Dr. Wyss's work and that of Weimer as well. However, so often they are to busy to respond to questions.

For now, I'm trying to get a look at the paper that was submitted prior to Ismit so I can see how much in advance the "locational prediction" was issued. I am most curious to know. Have you seen it? Being 20km's off from the site is quite impressive, as you know.
