Good Day EQF,

This morning I took some time to think about your programs and the vast amount of time you have spent of late in developing them. A question loomed in my mind, for which I believe you may be the only one who has the answer and that is, when you complete your work, what are your expectations?

In the past you have sent warnings to governments advising them to be aware that an earthquake may occur in a given location, though mostly vague as to where that location may be. To date there is no evidence that anyone acted upon those warnings, but we have to imagine that perhaps in the future if they were going to, what would you expect them to do? If they place essential services on notice, it might be good if for instance the fire and police departments moved their vehicles out of the buildings they are housed in, but we know they will never warn the citizens.

So for all of your hard work the results I think you wish to accomplish will never materialize. I am sorry to say I think you will find yourself forever in a state of disappointment. Not a positive but a negative.

However, you do have the ability to change your course and turn this negative situation into something that might just be positive. If you attempted to use your data on US earthquakes where you have a lot more material at your fingertips, follow the correct prediction protocols, make a track record of your success then you would gain some credibility. Later if you venture outward, your believability factor would have some substance. But without that track record the work you desire to accomplish can never come to fruition.

There is a path that leads from research to successful delivery. It seems you are in the research stage at this point, so perhaps when you get ready you will let us know by making your predictions and then we can see if in fact your research has paid off.

But for now, I think it would be good to hear from you what your expectations are, in the short and long term for this project.

Petra
