(In a gaseous sphere the electrons released due to the intense heat will go distant from the center of the sphere to such an extent that the attraction of the positive sphere gained through these releases of electrons prevents them from going away more. In this state the positive ions of such a positive sphere will repel each other and make themselves away from the center of the sphere (causing its radius to increase) only to such extent as the gravitational attraction between them prevents. Maybe such a gravitational attraction or hardness of the earth's outer shells surrounding the above-mentioned molten sphere inside the earth prevents positive ions of this molten sphere from opening out while the light freed electrons will be practically distributed toward the surface of this sphere easily.)

One can say but the earth magnetic field axis does not coincide exactly with its rotation axis. Obviously many minor factors related to the complex interior of the earth or even exterior factors must be considered, eg the magnetic hysteresis of the core or the effect of the magnetic fields of other celestial bodies (eg satellites, planets and Sun). There is also a probable mechanical cause for such a noncoincidence of the magnetic axis and rotation axis:

Molten core is under the influence of the gravity of the sun and moon. Then, like the water of oceans tends to have tide. For simplicity consider only the effect of the sun in causing such a tide. The tide effected on a liquid sphere changes its shape into an ellipsoid. Large diameter of this ellipsoid is always toward the sun. This means that every one revolution of this liquid sphere (or ellipsoid) round the sun will cause one rotation of this liquid sphere about itself in such a manner that the axis of this rotation is perpendicular to the surface of revolution of this sphere round the sun.

Molten core of the earth is a liquid sphere in revolution round the sun. The above mentioned tide of the sun tends to impose a rotation on this molten core that its axis is normal to the surface of the earth's revolution round the sun. Such a rotation is added to the ordinary rotation of the earth about its axis. This leads to that the rotation axis of the molten core of the earth firstly does not coincide completely with the rotation axis of the solid shell of the earth and secondly probably is not constant and has a revolution about a fixed axis.

According to this article the rotation of the molten core of the earth is the cause of the geomagnetic field and then its axis is the same axis of the geomagnetic field. Therefore, axis of the geomagnetic field does not coincide with the rotation axis of the solid shell of the earth because the rotation axis of the molten core of the earth doesn't coincide with it. In a more accurate analysis we must also take the effect of the tide caused by the moon into account.

It should be added in this theory that the mentioned magnetic field caused by the centrifugal electrons motion is in fact a magnetodynamic field which orients and orders the tiny magnetostatic dipoles of the (ferrous) core of the earth. These oriented dipoles make the big magnet inside the earth. It is just this big magnet that orients our motionless compasses. But why, instead of this indirect way, can't we say that this is the produced magnetodynamic field which causes the orientation of the motionless compasses directly? Because a motionless compass on the ground of the earth moves along with the rotation motion of the earth and so cannot cross the lines of the magnetodynamic field made by moving charges revolving along with the rotation motion of the earth. This reasoning proposes another experiment that can test its validity. If, instead of being motionless, a compass is set in fast motion on the ground, it will be oriented not only by the big magnet, but also by crossing the lines of the mentioned magnetodynamic field; then accepting this theory we expect some difference between the orientation of a motionless compass and a compass in motion, while if the orientation of a compass needle is to be caused only by the
