It's all greek to me.

I think I'll let .02 handle it; it's his idea anyway.

That merge program turned out pretty well. It merges up to 4 files (NEIC compressed format) into a single chronological file.

Needed because a NEIC search cannot cross 0 degrees or 180 degrees.
