Using Roger's Test_pro program the following results for 33-35N 115-125 W in a 10 day window:

"There were 1096 windows and 4486 quakes. Of these, 881 contained one or more quakes. This is a probability of 80.38 percent."

IOW, this one had an 80 % chance of happening.
