In all cases, if an earthquake occurs, the credit must go to the first person to publicly
forecast it. All others can be considered "copycats". In this case, the intellectual rights go to
Don who first made this forecast several weeks ago. It is a pity that others who
choose to jump on this bandwagon do not give credit where credit is due - provided
they are in fact reading this board.
