Hi Roger: The cutoffs could certainly be altered as I just randomly picked them out of the blue. As you said before, as long as all evaluations are compared against the same standard, it doesn't matter what the standard is when determining if somebody is on to something. It's the tie-in to magnitude and the non-stepping of ranges that I like about my idea. I don't think a 3.0 should be treated the same way as an 8.0 when determining valid limits to space, time, and location. Just tryin' to add to the discussion ...
