Don's Burney forecast and the Susanville 3.1 this morning

Hey Don, Remember that Burney forecast you made last week for an event of Ml 2-3
at 40.9N 122W between Mar 4 and Mar 8. Do you have any opinions on the Ml 3.1
tonight just east of this position:

MAR 02 2002 07:19:04 40.9N 120.7W ML=3.1 N of Susanville, CA

It's a little early and out of range to the east. Will this affect the occurrence of
the forecast quake?
