Sure.

here's a sample search output.

2013-01-15T16:09:37.080Z,-62.571,-161.432,10,6.1,mww,75,40.8,,1.13,pde,pde20130115160937080_10,2013-03-16T00:10:01.541Z,"Pacific-Antarctic Ridge",earthquake

It's supposed to be a CSV file, but this;

2013-01-15T16:09:37.080Z,

contains a mixture of numbers and letters which would have to be read as a string and then decoded and this;

40,8,,1.13,

shows a missing value at the ,, location.

Both of these will cause a read error and can't be easily handled because they are unpredictable.

The only option is to read it as a string line and break it down piece by piece.
