Update – July 31, 2013

The high intensity EM Signals have stopped for the moment. But quite a few low intensity signals are still being detected.

Although the high intensity signals detected yesterday suggest that this might be an approaching volcano eruption, everything else makes it look like an approaching earthquake. That includes data that other researchers have sent me.

It hasn't occurred yet. And when it does it shouldn’t be difficult to tell which one it was. I would expect something very strong and probably fairly shallow.

No probable location based on my own EM Signals yet. Data are still being processed. There are so many EM Signals to process. Other researchers have sent me some possible location information and I am waiting for more along those lines.

This clearly shows the need for a special Web page where researchers can compare notes regarding an expected earthquake without Roger and others pouring cold water on the discussions. These researchers are often more afraid of career damage than they are of an earthquake destroying the city they live in. And any criticism at all causes them to retreat back into their caves.

I intend to create such a Web page after this latest forecast work is done and another project is a little more advanced. Or, if Skywise wants to do some interesting WWWBoard development work I can help with that. And that would let me devote more time to other important projects such as developing advanced cancer treatment programs. Several of those treatment programs are presently simply waiting for me to find the time needed to prepare the necessary reports. U.S. government medical personnel and a major private medical research center were already sent preliminary reports regarding one of those treatment programs.

These are personal opinions.
