These warnings and advisories are being posted here in part to tell other researchers that:

“NOW is the time that you should be checking your local earthquake precursor data to see if there might be something indicating that powerful seismic activity could be headed in your direction.”

An unusually strong EM Signal was detected at:

2013/07/20 02:24:00 UTC

So, another one might occur in the next 5 days, say by July 25, 2013.

The EM Signal does not match any recent earthquakes or other EM Signals that I have checked so far. It does have a strong line peak around 125 E.

My computer programs then suggest that there could be activity at 90 and 180 degrees to the east and west of that, or 35 E, 55 W, and 145 W.

However, lately, those longitude line peaks for individual signals have not matched the powerful earthquakes that occurred in the 5 days after the signals were detected.

On July 4 and July 11, 2013 Earthquake Warnings were posted here. And within the usual 5 day Time Window after each of those warnings there were 7.3 magnitude earthquakes. And there had not been any strong EM Signals and earthquakes like that in quite a while. So, these powerful EM Signals are at times at least indicating that strong earthquake activity could be about to occur.
