You were right about one thing though. I have more than my share of hardware problems. This time my main drive went belly up. I had transferred everything to another drive but that doesn't make the drive bootable. Win XP wouldn't repair it, it would only reinstall, so once again my bookmarks and addresses will have to be recovered.
