A very strong EM Signal was detected at the following time:

2013/07/03 23:58:00 UTC

That was one of the very few strong EM Signals detected so far this year. And there have also been relatively few really powerful earthquakes so far in 2013.

The most likely time window for this earthquake is the next five days, up until the July 8 or so. However, in a lower percentage of cases these signals can be detected months before the earthquake finally occurs. Low intensity signals were being generated before that extremely powerful March 11, 2011 Japan earthquake back in July of 2010!

My forecasting computer programs have been inactive for so long this year it will take a while to get them operational again. So, I don’t yet have any probable location data. However, low intensity signals that were recently detected suggest activity in the Western Pacific Ocean area between say Japan and Indonesia.

Present plans are to circulate formal earthquake warnings and advisories internationally during the next 24 hours.
