Also, for those times when you do not have Internet access I could probably create a CGI program for you that would automatically scan the Internet. And when it detected any bulletin board or Newsgroup posts that proposed that "Earthquakes can actually be predicted" it would generate a response post stating that your statistical analyses have proved beyond any measure of doubt that predicting earthquakes is impossible.
