BTW, believe it or not, I don't do "updates". The only thing I do to my system is service packs, and since I'm still using W2K or XPpro, as long as I install the last one, that's it. When I install anything, one of the first customizations I do is to turn off updates. Some of the software I'm using is quite old, but it works. Newer isn't always better. For example, my mp3/music player version is from 2002.
