Just keep checking my bulletin board once it gets running. You should be able to eventually see quite a few new things. In the "course, medium, and fine" tuning progression the board is now in the medium and fine tuning stages. And I am certainly glad that I got Xampp running on my computer. Now I know what "use strict" means with Perl. Translated it means "make modifying the program almost impossible." For an example of the fine tuning, The posting time is in UTC instead of local. And it looks like: 08:20:00 2013/01/08 utc That "utc" addition gets rid of any doubt regarding when the note was actually posted. "UTC" should probably actually be used. But using "utc" instead is a matter of artistic license.
