How would this work Canie?

I had envisioned an interactive program, where the user would enter an epicenter and get a map of the world showing the rings. All I can do is an outline map though....continents, states, nations, etc.

I just got TrueBasic for Windows and one of its' features is a WebApp function which makes programs Web-ready, whatever that means.
