I can verify that we received a forecast from Prof. Romino regarding an earthquake
in the general Italy/Greece region. I cannot release the details of this prediction, however,
due to NGDC rules relating to comments about predictions made to us. From the
letter we received from Prof. Romino it appears that he reads postings to this board.
If you (Prof. Romino) are reading this and wish the text of that prediction posted
at this time, please either post a message to that effect or send me an e-mail
at low@luna.ngdc.noaa.gov
