I suppose you could build a regular home by putting it on stiff springs and maybe throw in some dampers/shocks.

Also, what if the mind recieves information by way of a quantum pathway...subatomic particles "share" their location simulataneous with the minds of others...from micro second to microsecond...with each sharing moment...information moves from party A to party B but seeminly without the perceiver being aware of it...only that an idea popped into their head....

For example, the idea of predicting quakes is out there...what if it can be done or will be done soon and this information 'leaks' into the minds of others...so even if party A fails to act on the idea...party B or Party C, etc. (yeah...I like to Party...oops just a random thought....)

BTW, how long have you been "seeing ghosts/specters" anyway...sounds kind of spooky....
