Hi All: I predict that by June 2002 the concensus among the majority of interested scientists will be that solar eclipses due in fact cause a percentage of earthquakes. Not only that but,as a minimum, they will be able to predict "high risk" eclipse events with high confidence where an earthquake is likely to happen. The more interested ones will be able to explain why this understanding took so long to prevail. Why? ... Why not! :) mark
