If those are the two position, then they are a bit less than 200 km apart. You are correct that 1 degree of latitude is 111 km. 1 degree if longitude is 111 km or a bit more at the equator, and less towards the poles. This is 1.88 deg of longitude. Would be (1.88*111 km)*Cos(23).
