Earthquake Advisory and Other Topics – September 20, 2012

Fairly strong EM Signals were detected at the following times:

The fact that those two signals were detected within a few hours of one another is an indicator to me that there are one or two earthquake fault zones that we might want to be concerned about where strong seismic activity could be about to occur, perhaps within the next 5 days.

It will take another day or two for me to run those and other data through my forecasting computer programs to see if any useful information can be generated regarding the locations of the fault zones.

The latest theory picture proposes that these signals are strongest for fault zones that are close to the surface of the Earth. And so, the earthquakes that are associated with those fault zones have perhaps the best chance of being destructive regardless of their magnitude.

The following Web page shows data that support those EM Signal detection times. That Web page is updated constantly. So, that picture will change completely in a few day’s time.

The current Web page shows that there were probably some strong solar storm related activities at the same times as the EM Signals were detected.

Present theories propose that these EM Signals often result from the interaction of the Earth’s geomagnetic energy field with earthquake fault zones where an earthquake is getting ready to occur. And that geomagnetic energy field activity is strongly affected by certain types of solar storms.

Regarding other matters,

The U.S. Presidential Election is scheduled to be held on November 6, 2012. And I am presently focusing on getting information sent to U.S. Policy Makers regarding subjects that most people in the U.S. would probably like to see the two Presidential Candidates discuss before the election.

Those subjects include the development of new, environmentally safe and affordable sources of energy. And at the moment I have three separate energy source development programs that I am planning to outline for U.S. Policy Makers.

One of them involves the safe development of nuclear energy power plants.

It is my expectation that the second program should have the enthusiastic support of the fossil fuel industry including oil production companies. One aspect of it involves efforts to tap ocean bottom resources of a seawater/methane “paste” type of energy. That goop becomes highly unstable when it gets transported to the low pressure ocean surface environment. And as a consequence it has never gotten adequate consideration.

It is a mystery to me why Obama administration officials have never tried to develop that second program. A high school science fair entrant could easily outline it though it would require an experienced scientist to explain how to get all of the technology to work and also convince U.S. Policy Makers that they should support the program.
