Update – September 24, 2012

An informal Earthquake Warning was sent to appropriate parties last Friday. And earlier today I sent those people a formal warning.

I have been using some especially cautious procedures with circulating warning information regarding this expected earthquake. An earthquake at that locaion could be particularly important to certain parties. And there is high risk that major problems could develop if that location information were to get out into public forums.

Unless the earthquake occurs fairly soon it might be a while before I will be saying anything about the expected location for this earthquake. Once it occurs, if there is one in that area, it obviously wouldn’t matter.
