Earthquake Advisories – April 23, 2012

During the past few weeks an unusually large number of fairly strong EM Signals were detected including several in the past few days.

The signals are likely indicating that 6.5 and higher magnitude earthquakes are getting ready to occur.

As I stated in the original post in this thread, present efforts are focused on getting various types of forecasting technologies developed so that they work better. And I have not had time to run those EM Signals through my computer programs and generate any probable location data for the expected earthquakes.

It appears likely that these signals are most often generated when solar storm energy interacts with fault zones where earthquakes are getting ready to occur. So, at times when there is no solar storm activity there might not be any signals even though a powerful earthquake is approaching.

The link below shows that there is presently some fairly strong solar storm activity. That is probably in part why these most recent signals were generated.

Some of my data also suggest to me that when some really high magnitude earthquakes are approaching, say ones above 8.5, they might actually at times “block” these signals from being generated.

That phenomenon might be associated with the fault zone where that earthquake is going to occur “absorbing” the EM Signal energy, something like a short circuit in an electric wire.

Or it might be associated with the high level of fault zone strain creating a type of local or even global tectonic plate movement logjam that temporarily keeps other fault zones from generating the signals.
