Roger, Remember, this is one of the main reasons we are developing the EPmap program. If you go back to my original Earthquake Warning, in Part B I stated that one of the reasons that earthquakes are not being effectively predicted is because researchers are not sharing critically important forecast data with one another. Hopefully, the CGI version of that program running for free at a Web site will help solve that communications problem.
